Job Summary
Seeking: part-time sales associate(s) for our Holland store.
EcoBuns is open Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm, Saturday 10am - 7pm and Sunday 12pm - 6pm.
We believe in building relationships to provide our customers with the best products possible. We believe in educating our customers so they are confident in their purchases with us. We offer our customers high-quality mom and baby products, unique gifts and everything they will need for a new baby.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Educating customers on products in our store
- Forming relationships with customers to ensure they purchase the correct products for their family
- Assisting customers set up, maintain and complete a baby registry
- Giving customers an exceptional, personalized, shopping experience from beginning to end
- Receiving, sorting, pricing and shelving new inventory
- Light cleaning
- Packing up online orders
- Executing opening and closing checklists
- Assisting with inventory audits
Requirements:
- A love for babies, children, and their caregivers
- Ten to twenty hours per week
- Shift lengths vary from four to six hours
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Evening and weekend availability required
- To start immediately upon hire
- Previous sales experience preferred
Experience with cloth diapers and babywearing not required. We are looking for intelligent, outgoing, self-motivated, quick learning people who will fit in well with the culture of our store.
