Many people put a lot of energy into childbirth classes and expectations for their birth, which is great - birth DOES matter - however, the birth is a blip in the radar of parenting. It's important to balance the information you are taking in with the skills you will need to take care of your new baby.

In early 2004, working as a full time nanny, Erica realized that the rest of her life would be dedicated to equipping, encouraging and supporting growth in families-be it her own or by being welcomed into the sacred space of others. Now over 10 years later, having personally experienced the trials and excitement of bringing home a new baby four times (3 girls, 1 boy and YES her days are rarely dull!) and studying with Childbirth International, she is well equipped to support your transition and growth as a family-be it your first time, fifth or more.

A natural born educator, she gently guides you beyond surviving toward thriving in the early weeks. Erica will help you feel empowered and in control of your journey, while pointing out the beautiful scenery that is easy to miss along the way. With every changed diaper, folded onesie, washed dish, rested mama, previously overwhelmed partner and full bellied, milky drool babe, she is honored to walk this new path alongside you.
